Florida Insurance Claims Solutions™ is the Insurance claim alternative dispute resolution initiative of Florida Mediation & Arbitration, LLC, a Florida statewide alternative dispute resolution firm providing traditional mediation & arbitration services to Florida litigants and courts, in the areas of Circuit Court disputes pending or contemplated in the Circuit Civil Division, Probate Division and Family Divisions of Florida Courts and insurance claim Umpire services. Our Umpires are certified by the Windstorm Insurance Network™, the first educational and professional organization devoted solely to dealing with windstorm issues of interest to insurance practitioners.

It was formed in 1999 with the goal of bringing professionals together in the review and discussion of evolving windstorm insurance issues and concerns and which provides professional training in windstorm and general insurance claims in the area of building codes, analysis of wind vs. water damage, builder's risk policy issues, catastrophe fraud, condominium losses, valuation issues and methodologies, Florida property insurance law, commercial losses, and other specialized issues applicable to all types of insurance claims.

Saul Cimbler, who heads Florida Insurance Claims Solutions™, and is the president of Florida Mediation & Arbitration, LLC has been certified by the Wind Insurance Network™ under their certification criteria for Umpiring, and has subsequently completed the advanced Umpire certification training. He is the 2008 Chairman of the Wind Insurance Network’s Legislative Committee and serves on the 2008 Umpire Certification Committee. Saul Cimbler is consistently involved in advanced training involving hurricane, flood, fire & flood matters, including mold, roof, fire and other facets of insurance claims.
